Fall Product Sale Surpasses $1,000,000 Mark

Scouts in the New Birth of Freedom Council sold over $1,003,000 in popcorn, candles, and magazine vouchers as part of this fall’s product sale. Collectively, this year’s gross sales were up over 8% compared to last year.

Top Selling Unit By District

The top selling units in each district are listed below, and each will be awarded their district’s Kernel Cup trophy:

  • Adventure: Pack 190: $22,041
  • Blue & Grey: Pack 107: $9,310
  • Blue Mountain: Pack 368: $16,455
  • First Capital: Pack 25: $29,286 (council top seller)
  • Frontier: Pack 125: $9,544
  • Indian Steps: Pack 28: $18,105
  • Oliver Perry: Pack 56: $14,171
  • Union Canal: Pack 200: $11,800

The council had 18 units sell more than $10,000 worth of products, while 61 Scouts individually had sales $1,000 or more.

Congratulations to all of our participating units and Scout salesman!  The money earned through this sale will go a long way in providing outstanding program opportunities for our Scouts!
