- Non-Refundable Site Deposit: When making a summer camp reservation, the unit will make a $100 site deposit. If the unit attends camp, the site deposit fee will be credited toward the balance of the summer camp fees.
- Free Leader Attendance: If a unit brings 8 Scouts, the first two adult leaders are free. For each additional 8 Scouts, one adult leader attends free.
- Provisional Campers: Boy Scout provisional camp fee add $10 to the camp fee.
- Deposits For Cub Resident Campers: A $35 non-refundable payment per boy or adult is due before April 1st. The deposit is not refundable after April 1st.
- Deposits For Boy Scout Resident and Webelos Resident Campers: A $60 non-refundable payment per boy or adult is due before April 1st. The deposit is not refundable after April 1st.
- Incentive Patch: A special, limited edition summer camp patch will be given for each $35 Cub Scout deposit and each $60 Boy Scout or Webelos deposit made before April 1st.
- Full Payment: Full payment for all campers is due May 1st. All fees increase by $25 if paid after May 1st.
- Reservation of Sites: The number of per Scout and adult leader payments made by April 1st will be used in allocating campsite space. If a unit wishes to have exclusive use of any campsite at camp, per person payments must be made for 95% of the campsite capacity. The camp reserves the right to move units to different campsites if the unit does not make per person payments for 95% of the site’s capacity.
- Application of Deposits; Refunds: All $100 deposits are applied to camp fees but are non-refundable. All Scout and adult leader deposits are nonrefundable but are transferable as deposits only to new Scouts or adult leaders who are not then registered for summer camp. Unit refunds will be issued two weeks after the close of each session of camp.
