The New Birth of Freedom Council operates with two council service centers, one in Mechanicsburg and the other in York.

Phone calls to either service center can be transferred to the other, so you can dial either (717) 766-1591 or (717) 843-0901 and an automated attendant will assist in routing your call to the right person.  Every employee also has their own direct dial number – please check our staff directory for these direct dial numbers.
