The First Capital District runs north from York to Dillsburg, West to the York County line and East to the Susquehanna River. Our district is a very diverse one with urban sprawl to the South and rolling farm country to the North. This makes for a very unique group of scout units and volunteers. The First Capital District encompasses the following school districts. York Suburban, York City, West York, Dover, Central, Eastern, Northeastern, Northern, and half of West Shore (which we share with Adventure District to the North).
