Ongoing training and fellowship should be on every leaders mind. There is much to learn by working with other leaders in your district. Times are changing which requires new and improved den and pack plans. Attend the Cub Scout Roundtable for new idea’s and fellowship. Bring your teammate from your den or pack so they may enjoy the fellowship and knowledge.
Boy Scout Roundtable

There is a wealth of information at a Boy Scout Roundtable. Not just what is taught, the wealth is gained by the members who attend exchanging different idea’s for the next outing or meeting. Encourage other leaders and parents to attend, take turns attending, spread the wealth.
