2014 Spring Fellowship Recap

Well if you didn’t attend this western show down then you missed a lot of fun & great food. There were many members wanted for having too much fun with a high bounty on their head. Many enjoyed the western fellowship. Members were corralled and branded. The branding crew had too much fun. Of course we always have some service to work up that appetite. Some members were jailed for having fun. Lodge scholarships benefited from the bond to release those cranky cowboys. And then was the FOOD! Beef done on a pit. Annual Dinner Recap

The Lodge Leadership would like to thank all Brothers and their guests who braved the weather and attended the Annual Lodge Banquet recently at the beautiful Susquehanna Club in New Cumberland, Pa.  Once again, the menu and food (including the Club’s signature apple pie) was excellent and if anyone left hungry, they had no one to blame but themselves! Second term Vice Chief of Program Nicholas H. served as Master of Ceremonies. Annual Banquet

You along with family and friends are cordially invited to attend this year’s annual Lodge banquet, Saturday, January 4, 2014, starting at 6 PM. The banquet will again be held at the elegant Susquehanna Club where an all-you-can eat buffet style dinner (including the Susquehanna Club’s signature apple pie!) will be served. The Lodge Trading Post will be open where you can purchase the latest Lodge clothing and a table to register for upcoming events.  A silent auction benefitting our Scholarship Fund will also be held.  After the meal, we will recognize deserving recipients of awards and accomplishments during the past year as well install our newly elected 2014 officers.  This is truly an evening to be enjoyed by all. … Read entire article »

In accordance with Article VIII of the Lodge Bylaws, a slate of officer candidates, with an officer petition for each candidate, has been submitted to the Lodge Adviser and Scout Executive and approved for the 2014 Lodge year. The following slate of officers are as follow: Lodge Chief- Justin S. Vice Chief: Chapter Operations- Brendan O. Vice Chief: Service- Sam R. Vice Chief Program- Open Recording Secretary- Andrew C. Although NOAC 2015 is over two years away, planning has already begun because this Conference will also be the celebration of 100 years of the Order of the Arrow. Northeast Region Leadership Seminars

Now accepting registrations for NLS & NLATS! This year the Northeast Region will conduct 2 National Lodge Adviser Training Seminars (NLATS): March 15 to 17 at Camp Alpine, New Jersey (registration deadline is March 4th) November 15 to 17 at Camp Alpine, New Jersey (registration deadline is November 4th) Who should attend: Unlike the National Leadership Seminar program, which teaches leadership in a more general sense, the NLATS is specifically designed for Lodge Advisers and Staff Advisers, and those who play the top key roles in the lodge.
