Youth Protection Training – In-Person Opportunities

Announcing Opportunities to take In-Person Youth Protection Training

In order to continue our goal to make sure that every youth has the best possible and safest Scouting experience, the National Council of the Boy Scouts of America released an update to Youth Protection Training.  The updated course was released in February 2018 and all BSA volunteers must complete the new training by October 1st, 2018 (even if your Youth Protection is within the last 2 years, all adults who took Youth Protection Training prior to February 2018 must retake the current course).

To help provide additional training opportunities, the New Birth of Freedom Council will be offering in-person Youth Protection Training this summer at Camp Tuckahoe and Hidden Valley.  Trainings will last at least an hour and a half and we ask that you complete the registration form below if you plan to attend.
