Courses are filling up at the University of Scouting, plenty of room in many courses, but some close to filling up. The two most popular courses are Cool Tips for Cooking Outdoors and Dutch Oven Cooking. Learn some new tricks of the trade for cooking new delectable edibles on your unit’s next campout. We will discuss some gimicky cooking and equipping your camp kitchen. And learn secrets of Dutch Oven cooking for those good eating times when you are not backpacking. From den leaders to Cubmasters, to troop leaders, and even older Scouts and Venturers, we have some great classes for you! Register for the University of Scouting at Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg, being held on Saturday, January 29, 2022. This training event is packed full of supplemental trainings that any leader will find useful. Over 75 courses being offered ranging from recruiting Cub Scouts to trail cooking to high adventure bases, and everything in between.
