In 2022, for the fifth time, our council will be hosting a Tiger Cub Camp for Parents and Tiger Scouts! This camp is intended for those youth and parents that participated in the Lion Program during the 2021-22 school year and will be Tiger Cubs this fall. This camping adventure will be offered on July 23-24, 2022 at Hidden Valley Scout Reservation. Check-in is 2 PM on Saturday at the Camp Office and check-out is Sunday at 7 PM.
The cost is only $140 per Scout and adult pair! This includes all meals, activity supplies, and housing for the weekend.
What you’ll earn?
Floats & Boats Adventure Belt Loop
Ahoy there, Tiger mates! In this adventure, you will play the buddy game to enjoy the water safely. You will learn how to put on a life jacket and rescue someone by pulling them to shore without going to the water! We plan on having a great afternoon of pool activities, so get ready with your caring adult to have a splash-blast while floating and boating.
My Tiger Jungle Adventure Belt Loop
In this adventure, you will discover bugs, birds, lizards, ants, and animals near us. We will take a creek hike, build a birdhouse out of recycled materials for our bird neighbors, and much more!

What to bring?
- BSA Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A and B)
- Sleeping bag and pillow
- Two changes of clothing, rain gear, and a hat
- Bug spray, flashlight, and water bottle
- Toothbrush, soap, and other personal items
- Swimming suit, towel, and sunscreen
- Parents may want to bring a folding chair
