Getting to the Tuckahoe Service Center and Scout Shop
The Tuckahoe Service Center is located at 400 Tuckahoe Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019, and serves as the administrative headquarters for the New Birth of Freedom Council. It houses the council’s professional and administrative staff and meeting facilities.
The operating hours for the Tuckahoe Service Center are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

The Tuckahoe Scout Shop, operated by Scouting America Outfitters, is also located in the Tuckahoe Service Center and carries a variety of Scouting America merchandise, uniforms, literature, and recognitions. Catalog and custom-design orders are also available through the Tuckahoe Scout Shop.

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – 10 AM – 5 PM
- Thursday 10 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday – 10 AM – 2 PM
The Scout Shop is closed on Sundays and holidays.

Whenever the Tuckahoe Scout Shop is open outside of the Tuckahoe Service Center’s normal operating hours, paperwork for the council (such as event or camp payments, membership applications, etc.) can be dropped off in the Scout Shop, but Scout Shop employees are not able to provide receipts or perform other transactions on the council’s behalf.
