The 2024 Newville Merit Badge College is schedule for Saturday, January 13 (First Session) and Saturday, February 10 (Second Session) at the First Church of God in Newville. The address is 475 Shippensburg Road, Newville, PA 17241.
There are two rangemaster training courses being offered, one for Archery and another one for BB. If interested in taking the training click the below registration link to register for the training. These training sessions will take place during both sessions of the merit badge college, but you only need to attend one session to complete training. After registering for the training please contact District Director, Cory Kercher at cory.kercher@scouting.org to specify which session you plan to attend to take this training.

8:00am-9:00am: Check In. (First Session Only)
9:00am-12:00pm: Class Time
11:45am-12:45pm: Lunch
12:45pm-3:45pm: Class Time
3:45pm: End time.
Key Notes about the Event
- Check in will begin at 8am for those Scouts that have a 9am merit badge class.
- Scouts may pack a lunch or purchase lunch from the concession stand.
- Scouts are responsible for obtaining blue cards, prior to the event, for their merit badge classes.
- 90 minutes is the maximum time that the Scouts will be in a merit badge class. Classes can end sooner depending on the merit badge.
