Product Returns

Units may return any unsold full cases or individual containers from their Show and Sell Sale to the Mechanicsburg or York Service Centers during the dates and times posted below. Unit invoices will be adjusted to reflect a credit for the returned product.

The Product Transfer Form should be completed prior to returning the product indicating the number of containers being returned. This form will be reviewed by and turned in to the person that receives the returned products at the either Service Center.

A reminder that units earn an additional 1% commission if they participated in the Show and Sell Sale and do not return any product. Remember to keep any products that you need to fill orders for your Take Order Sale.

Wednesday, October 17 – 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 18 – 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday, October 19 – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 20 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

York Scout Service Center
Wednesday, October 17 – 9:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 18 – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday, October 19 – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 20 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
