Signing Up for 2019 Wizard Safari

Participants in Wizard Safari have the option of registering as a Day Visitor, which means they are only attending the event on Saturday, October 12, or as a Weekend Camper, which means they are planning to attend for the entire weekend.

Registrations for Wizard Safari should be made on a unit basis, meaning that the unit should determine the number of Scouts and leaders that are planning to attend Wizard Safari and everyone should be registered through the unit’s Tentaroo account. If a unit is not planning to attend, but a Scout and his or her family would like to attend the event, they can register through our Individual Registration System.

For complete details about Wizard Safari download the 2019 Wizard Safari Leader’s Guide.

Units camping for the weekend will be required to make a $50 deposit at the time of their reservation.  Campsites for troops, crews, and ships are assigned on a first-come, first served basis determined by when their $50 deposit is received.  Those units that make a deposit and are paid in full by September 25, 2019, will be assigned camping space based on their deposit date.  There is room for everyone, but the units that register early will get the best camping spots.
