Trading Post: The Trading Post will be open throughout the event. You will be able to purchase special event items (sweatshirts, t-shirts, cinch packs), snacks, drinks, and supplies. We will sell merchandise that may be used at certain program stations. A Special Council Shoulder Strip (CSP) and OA Lodge flap can also be purchased at the event. Cash, credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are all accepted.
Rendezvous Pre-orders: We have a fantastic selection of customizable Rendezvous items available for pre-order. Items such as patches and food items can be purchased online and picked up at the Rendezvous Trading Post (if you are unable to attend or pick up at the Rendezvous Trading Post, orders will be available for pick up at the Mechanicsburg Service Center after September 29). Other items such as sweatshirts, hats, and t-shirts can be customized and ordered online and will be shipped directly to your home. To view our full preorder offerings click here.
Rendezvous Food Stand and Food Trucks: For units or Day Visitors that don’t want to have to worry about packing meals, we have you covered. There will be food options for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Medieval Feast: For a special Medieval Feast, we suggest you preorder our special Medieval Meal of a Turkey leg, roll, beverage, and snack for $8.00 A limited supply of Turkey legs will be available to order in person the day of the event. Meal preordering is open here.
The Jolly Dragon Tavern (Root Beer): The Jolly Dragon Tavern will be open throughout the event serving root beer in our iconic mugs for $7.00, which includes two fills. New this year, we will be offering Root Beer floats in the mug of your choice for an additional $1.00. Floats will be available throughout the weekend and available as long as supplies last.
