Tiger Camp at Hidden Valley

The New Birth of Freedom Council will be hosting a Tiger Cub Camp for Parent and Tiger Scouts!  This camp is intended for those youth and parents that participated in the Lion Program during the 2019-20 school year and will be Tiger Cubs this fall.

This camping adventure will be offered on July 26-27, 2020 at Hidden Valley Scout Reservation. Participants will have the option to camp out in a tent (tents, cot & mattress provided) or stay in one of the cabins. Check-in will begin at 2:00pm on Sunday and the program will conclude after campfire on Monday (around 7:30pm).

What Will They Do?

Program Areas Include:

  • Archery
  • BB Shooting
  • Handicraft
  • Nature (My Tiger Jungle Adventure Belt Loop)
  • Outdoor Skills
  • Scoutcraft
  • Swimming (Floats and Boats Adventure Belt Loop)
  • Additional Programs
  • Camp Carnival and Games

Who Can Go?

Hidden Valley welcomes all youth and parents that participated in the Lions Program during the previous school year and will be entering first grade as Tiger Cubs this fall.

All scouts must attend with an adult!

​What Should You Bring?

  • Every scout and adult will need a BSA Health & Medical Form (Parts A and B)
  • Sleeping Bag & Pillow
  • Two changes of clothing, rain coat, and hat
  • Bug Spray, flashlight, and water-bottle
  • Toothbrush, soap, and other personal items
  • Swim suit, towel, and sunscreen
  • Parents may want to bring a folding chair

How Much Does it Cost?

Cost is just $70 per person (youth or adult)!
