Hidden Valley Year-Round Camping Opportunities

Situated on 830+ acres in Perry County, Hidden Valley Scout Reservation has been in operation since 1927 and offers premier year-round cabin camping facilities for the use of Scout Troop and Packs, as well as church groups, corporate retreats and other organizations in south-central Pennsylvania.

Hidden Valley has eight lodges equipped with tables & benches, cooking facilities (refrigerator & stove) with running water, bunks with mattresses, indoor restrooms and showers, and are heated by a wood stove (with the option of propane heat for an additional fee). The cabins in Olewine Village do not have running water, however the year-round bath house is located just a quick walk away and is available to all campers.

The camp also has a year-round heated Dining Hall that seats 300 as well as a full commercial kitchen.

A full-time Camp Ranger lives at the camp and is assisted on the weekends by several trained members of the Council’s Campmaster Corps, whose primary responsibilities are to assist campers with programs, to ensure that the facilities are functioning as intended, and to handle any emergencies which might arise.
