The online Hunting Permit Application will be open from October 27 to November 7, 2025. Successful applicants will be notified via email by November 12, and a total of 30 permits will be issued.
Hidden Valley Scout Reservation will be closed to camping and open exclusively for deer hunting during the designated hunting period.
Please note that deer hunting will not be permitted at Camp Tuckahoe in 2025 due to safety concerns associated with the presence of the Council Service Center and Scout Shop, which receive visitors throughout the day.
The 2025 Hidden Valley hunt will take place from Saturday, November 29, through Thursday, December 4, and will include both antlered and antlerless deer. Only individuals who receive a Council-issued permit may participate.
All hunters must possess valid Pennsylvania hunting licenses and permits. Deer may be harvested in accordance with PA Game Commission regulations and the camp’s designated management area. All successful hunters are required to complete and submit a Camp Harvest Report Tag in the Camp Ranger’s mailbox before leaving camp.
