Join us for the inaugural **Outdoor Academy**, happening April 4-6, 2025, at Hidden Valley Scout Reservation in Loysville, Pennsylvania. Hosted by the New Birth of Freedom Council, this weekend event is designed for Scouters, Venturers, and older Scouts to enjoy training, networking, and fun. With nearly a dozen outdoor-focused courses to choose from, including CPR/AED/Basic First Aid, Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills, Wilderness and Remote First Aid, Paddle Craft Safety, and more, there’s something for everyone.
The weekend cost is just $15, which includes meals and camping, with additional fees for individual courses. Registration is now open, but space is limited, and courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Online registration closes at midnight on March 31, 2025, so don’t wait to secure your spot.
