Excitement is building for the Shadows of 1864 Council-Wide Camporee, and our registration procedures are being adjusted to allow new Scouts joining in August and September to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime event.
- Early Registration (through September 5, 2025) – Full-weekend campers may register at the discounted rate of $40 per person.
- Day-only registration remains $20 per person.
- Extended Registration (September 6–12, 2025) – Full-weekend camper registration will remain open during this period at the increased rate of $50 per person.
- Day-only registration continues at $20 per person.
- Weekend Camping Registration Closes September 13 – After this date, no additional weekend camping registrations will be accepted.
- Day Registration Availability – Day-only registration will remain open in Tentaroo at $20 per person until Wednesday, September 24, 2025 (end of day).
- Walk-In Day Registrations – Walk-in day registrations will be accepted at the event for $20 per person on Saturday, September 27, 2025.
Pre-Camp Webinar for Leaders
For units attending the Shadows of 1864 Council-Wide Camporee, an important pre-camp webinar is planned to prepare leaders for the event.
The webinar will cover helpful information, including arrival and departure logistics, program details, and more.
