Simplified Unit Renewal Process for 2025

It’s time to renew your unit for 2025! This year brings a simplified approach to the renewal process, making it more straightforward than ever. As a reminder, Scouts and adults now renew individually, separate from the unit. For your unit renewal, the primary tasks include confirming leader positions and affirming that your unit will remain active in 2025. The process should take only a few minutes to complete.

In addition to completing the unit renewal online, your unit will need to submit the following documents:

  1. Signed Annual Charter Agreement (or equivalent, such as the Annual Council Unit Registration or UMC Affiliation Agreement)
  2. Background Check Affirmation Statement
