An Exciting Opportunity to Lead Urban Scouting in York
We’re looking for a passionate, community-minded leader to help expand Scouting’s reach and impact in the City of York.
As the Urban Scouting Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with young people and families, strengthen partnerships with schools and community organizations, develop and support a team of caring adults, and create high-quality Scouting experiences that help youth discover their potential and achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Scouting experience is helpful, but not required. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for youth development, and a desire to make an impact.
