The New Birth of Freedom Council is proud to share the impact of our 2025 Scouting for Food and Shelter Drive, part of Scouting America’s Good Turn for America initiative. Thanks to the hard work of our Scouts, families, and volunteers, communities across our council received much-needed support.
2025 Drive Highlights:
- 160,000+ pounds of food and essential items collected
- 125 units participated
- 1,800+ Scouts took part
- 1,100+ leaders and adults supported the effort
- 45 community organizations benefited
This annual drive is a powerful reminder of how Scouting continues to make a meaningful difference through service.
