The 2025 Newville Merit Badge College will take place over two sessions. Session one is on Saturday, January 11. Session two is on Saturday, February 8.
The cost is $8. Scouts can register for up to four merit badges.
Overall Schedule
8:00 am-9:00 am: Check In. (First Session Only)
9:00 am-10:30 am: First Class
10:30 am to 12:00 pm: Second Class
11:45 am-12:45 pm: Lunch
12:45 pm-2:15 pm: Third Class
2:15 pm-3:45 pm: Fourth Class
3:45 pm: End time.
Key Notes about the Event
- Check-in will begin at 8 am for those Scouts that have a 9 am merit badge class. Those who do not have a 9 am class should arrive 30 minutes before the start of their first class to be checked in for the event.
- Scouts may pack a lunch or purchase lunch from the concession stand.
- Scouts are responsible for obtaining blue cards, before the event, for their merit badge classes.
- 90 minutes is the maximum time that the Scouts will be in a merit badge class. Classes can end sooner depending on the merit badge.
