Each year, the New Birth of Freedom Council offers a Fall Popcorn Sale. This sale is for units to fund their programs and to help financially support their local council.
The distribution location for Franklin and West Cumberland County Units will be Franklin Clothing, 5121 Innovation Way, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
