The Pioneer District serves Scouting families in Cumberland and York counties.  The Pioneer District provides opportunities for Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Venturing Scouts in Camp Hill, Carlisle, Cumberland Valley, East Pennsboro, Mechanicsburg, Northern York County, South Middlteton, and West Shore.
