Bring a Friend. Have an Adventure.

🏕️ Spend a day at Tuckahoe climbing, swimming, boating, fishing, and more

A day of fun, friends, and adventure

Saturday, August 8, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Camp Tuckahoe

🎉Free entry when you bring a friend along, and it’s open to everyone

Tuckahoe Adventure Day gives families interested in seeing what Cub Scouting is all about a chance to do that, right at Camp Tuckahoe. Come try climbing, boating, fishing, archery, and more alongside current Scouts and their families. There’s no cost to attend and no obligation to join.

Lunch is available for $5 if you’d rather not bring your own.

Cub Scouts are encouraged to bring a friend

If you’re already a Cub Scout, bring someone who isn’t — a friend, cousin, or classmate who’s curious about Scouting. If you’re new to Scouting altogether, you’re just as welcome.

Open to:

  • Current Cub Scouts and their families
  • Friends and guests they bring along
  • Anyone interested in learning more about Cub Scouts

 Drop in anytime

The event runs from 9 AM to 5 PM, but there’s no set arrival time. Come whenever it works for your schedule and stay as long as you’d like.

Check in at the Camp Trading Post when you arrive.
