Remembering Don Roseth – Former Council Commissioner and Board Member

With great sadness, we pause to remember and salute the life and volunteer Scouting career of Don Roseth, 91, former Council Commissioner and Executive Board member of the Keystone Area Council.  Don passed away on Tuesday, November 23.

Don was a strong supporter of the Boy Scouts of America program for over 50 years. He held several significant roles with the BSA, including Council Executive Board Member, Council Training Chairman, and Council Commissioner for the Keystone Area Council. He served as Scoutmaster for the Keystone Area Council Troop 517 during the 1985 National Jamboree held at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia. He was a registered adult scout leader for more than 44 years and attended 7 jamborees.

A public visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11:00 AM Friday, December 4, 2020, at Malpezzi Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg.  Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Interment with full military honors will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
