Scouts BSA and Venture Field Sports Day

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, August 24, 2024
• Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Hidden Valley Scout Reservation: 268 Hidden Valley Rd, Loysville, PA 17047
• Cost: $55 per person (includes food, ammo, and awards), $15 meal ticket only

Event Schedule:

Check-In – 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Ranges Open – 9:00 AM
Lunch – 12:30 PM
Ranges Close – 4:30 PM
Dinner – 5:00 PM
Awards followed by dismissal – 6:00 PM

Important Notes:

• All participants are required to attend with their Troop, Crew, or a Parent.
• Troops and Crews wishing to spend the night can make an individual unit camping reservations seperately.
• Date, time, and location of Shooting Sport Merit Badge to be determined.
• The following ranges will be in operation: 22 Rifle, 20 Gauge Shotgun, Archery, and Pistols (Venture/Adults only).
• There is optional fishing available at Shermans Creek.
