Presidents Day February 19 – Service Centers and Scout Shops Closed

On Monday, February 19, the Mechanicsburg and York Council Service Centers and both Scout Shops will be closed to commemorate the Presidents Day holiday.

Here’s a Presidents Day trivia question – which U.S. president was the first one who was a Scout as a youth? The answer – John F. Kennedy. He was a member of Troop 2 in Bronxville, New York, from 1929 to 1931, attaining the rank of Star Scout.
