      • Online project proposal submission– use this submission form if you are having problems connecting with your District’s Advancement Chair to get your Eagle Scout Project Proposal reviewed.
        • Only Submit the proposal pages from the Eagle Scout Workbook along with the Fundraising application, if applicable. File size limit for submission is 10MB. By submitting your proposal you are confirming that your project proposal has been approved by your unit leadership as well as the beneficiary of the project. 
        • By submitting your project proposal, you, your unit leader, and the District Advancement Chair or designee will be notified that your proposal has been submitted.
        • Within 30 days of the Project Proposal being received, the District Advancement Chair or designee will contact the Scout to discuss the proposal.  A meeting will be set up either virtually or by phone and will include appropriate adult supervision to follow the BSA’s Youth Protection Policies online.
    • Eagle Scout Service Project Training-This presentation, for unit leaders, advancement administrators, Scouts and parents, addresses the process and requirements for proposing, conducting, and reporting on Eagle Scout Service Projects

      • Please note:
      • Online application and binder submission-use this submission form if you are unable to make into either of our offices to submit all of your paperwork for your Eagle Scout Board of Review.
        • First, the Eagle Candidate must upload their Eagle Application and input the names and email addresses of their references Completing this form with accurate information will streamline the processing of the application.
        • Second, the Eagle Candidate will receive the following receipt message after successfully completing the Eagle Scout Forms: “Success! Thanks for submitting your Eagle Scout Application. Please Submit your workbook and other supporting documents here: (Dropbox link) .Your District Eagle Advancement Chair has been notified. Typically, you will be notified within 30 days to have your board of review. If you have any questions, please contact. Cory Kercher, Staff Advisor for the Council Advancement Committee, cory.kercher@scouting.org .”
        • The uploaded document(s) should contain all of the required signatures, the project workbook and documentation, and photographs of the project.  At this time, PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD COPIES OF BLUE CARDS.  Please make sure that files contain the Scout’s last name in the file name.
        • Please have all of your documents prepared to upload at once.  You are able to upload more than one document at a time.  We prefer that documents be uploaded as PDFs.

  • Eagle Scout Biography and Photo online submission-use this to submit your biography and photo for our annual Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner Book.
    • Eagle Scout Photo Guidelines
      • Photos must be the original that was taken.
      • Photos should be taken from the Waist Up.
      • The Scout should be in Field Uniform for the photo.
      • Please use a Scouting appropriate background for the photo.
      • The photo cannot exceed 10MB in order for it to be uploaded.
      • The photo must be either a pdf, jpg, jpeg, or png file type.
  • Order of St. George-The Order of St. George is making available at no cost. a gift and a certificate of accomplishment to any new Eagle Scouts that apply. The Order of St. George would like to present this award at the Eagle Scout’s Court of Honor.
