Each year the Pioneer District selects and honors an established leader in Cumberland County who conducts their professional and personal life following the Scout Oath and Law precepts.
This year the Pioneer District will celebrate Scouting and Robert L. Langan, Founder and CEO Langan Financial Group in Camp Hill, PA, for his outstanding leadership and service to the community at the West Shore Country Club on May 16th at 7:00 am over breakfast.
This is Cumberland County’s premier business networking breakfast to support the leadership development programs offered by the New Birth of Freedom Council to thousands of children throughout the Midstate.
