The Battlefield District will host its 2024 Klondike Derby on February 16, 2024, at Camp Tuckahoe. Packs and Troops are welcome to spend the weekend at camp in either a campsite or cabin.
We have introduced minimum dimensions for sleds competing in the Sled Race at the conclusion of Saturday’s program stations. They are outlined in both the Leader’s Guide and Program Outline, so please read through them and make sure you are aware of the minimum dimensions before coming to the Klondike. We want to avoid any upset patrols with non-compliant sleds.
Registration will be completed through Tentaroo and went live on November 1, 2023. Scouts will be charged $10 to attend, and adults will be charged $5 to attend. Registration includes an event patch, and any awards won by the patrol. Fees will increase on January 23 to $16/scout and $5/adult, so please do not wait to register your Pack, Troop, or Crew.
