Heritage Trails Day Camp

What is Day Camp and Who Can Attend?

Day Camp is a day-only program and Twilight Camp is an evening-only program offered to Cub Scouts, regardless of rank during the month of July and early August. All Tigers, Wolves, and Bears are eligible to attend. The purpose of Day Camp and Twilight Camp is to provide a fun and educational program within each District of the New Birth of Freedom Council. Cub Scouts can attend any session in any District available based on the convenience of the family’s schedule and location. Each session is 5 days long. The theme for the 2019 Day Camp and Twilight season is “Down on the Farm.”

You may have noticed that our Dallastown Camp has made the switch to a Twilight Camp this year. Twilight Camps are designed to offer the same program as Day Camps, but at a time that not only makes it easier for some parents to get their Cub Scouts to the camp, and to attend WITH their Cub Scout!  Cub Scouting is about getting the whole family involved, and we hope to give the whole family a rootin-tootin’ time til the cows come home.
Registration for camp is live as of RIGHT NOW on Tentaroo. Simply click on the name of the camp above and register either your family or Pack for a week of Cub Scout fun this summer! Registration before May 1 is only $90/scout or sibling for Day Camp, or $75/scout or sibling for Twilight Camp. Camperships are available if necessary, please click here.
See you there, partner!
